About This Data Center

High Availability Hosting Limited was formed in 2008 and offer Virtual Server Hosting, Data Centre Colocation, Dedicated Physical Servers and Software as a Service solutions, and server consultancy. In 2008 our initial services were based around hosting Virtual Servers running on VMware hosted in third Party data centres. We soon added hosted Microsoft Exchange and Web Hosting packages to the line up. Following growth in the business and requests from both existing and potential customers, as well as quickly running out of rack space in third parties, we built our own Data Centre in 2009 to provide colocation facilities alongside our now established Virtual Server Hosting and Hosted applications. Today we own and operate The Sheffield Data Centre for physical colocation, and operate a Microsoft Public Cloud based on Windows Server 2008R2 & 2012 and System Center 2012. Our cloud platform runs all our hosted applications and customer Virtual Server / Virtual Data Centre hosting. In 2012 we leased another building in the same business park, and started fitting it out to provide extra colocation space, as well as larger offices, meeting facilities and rest facilities for staff and customers. The Sheffield Data Centre Extension (or DC1.5) is due to be fully open in 2013. All our services are backed by an service level agreements and are supported by a passionate and highly skilled team of engineers providing constant network maintenance, enhancement and support.
