Grand Tech Construction Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary established in 1995 provides building construction services as well as Alteration and Addition works in Hong Kong. Throughout the years of operation in the construction industry in Hong Kong, we have established trustful relationships with renowned private property developers and educational institutions. Being a quality construction companies, we have completed numbers of prestige and luxurious development projects over the past years. In 2007, we expanded our business into wholesale data centre services by converting of an industrial building to a high tier multi-tenant data centre building with over 53,000 sq.ft computer area and successfully delivered the first data centre space to our customer in 2008. Our customers included multi-national data centre operators, telecommunication companies and financial institutions.
