Levira Ltd has been established in 1997 by Estonian state. Since 2000 Levira has two shareholders: Estonian State, with a majority stake of 51% and French telecom and broadcasting company TDF Group with 49%. Through TDF Group Levira is a part of European leading Media and Broadcast service provider and network operator providing infrastructure and multimedia services all over the Europe. Besides France and Estonia there are TDF Group companies also in Finland, Spain, Hungary, Netherlands, Monaco, Poland and Germany. Levira is the only TV and the largest radio broadcast network operator in Estonia. Levira's expertise is based on various long-time domestic and international experiences. Levira owns 23 towers all over the country including Estonian highest buildings: 318 m high Tallinn TV-Tower, 364 m high masts in Koeru and Valgjärve etc. Levira has build up three nationwide analogue TV networks delivering all local TV-channels ETV, Kanal 2 and TV3. Levira is transmitting also all Estonian National Radio channels and most of the commercial radios are broadcasted by Levira. Quality of the service and highest possible reliability of all services is assured by our 24/7 Network Control and Monitoring Centre and our skilled and motivated maintenance team.
