Phase 1 development plans call for the establishment of three gateway hubs- Cairo, Mumbai & Dubai. (Cairo MEIX facility began operation in Jul, 2007). These hubs will be used by customers to enter new emerging markets and/or aggregate traffic from remote sites within the MENA and South Asian regions for global distribution.
