The Xinon Carrier Cetwork was founded in 2013 to act as an upstream provider for small- and middle-sized ISPs in Austria. All XINON POPs are multihomed and powered by redundant energy sources. Each Participant has to own an AS and has to be able to handle BGP Routing.
